First Lutheran Church, A First Music Sampler

 

A gusty fall morning October 29, First Lutheran Church recorded a sampler CD album that includes six music groups!

The groups' readiness paid off and the process was incredibly smooth.  We cycled from one group to the next as scheduled, and each group recorded all the songs they had prepared.

Over a hundred people participated on the album.  Even the cover artwork is original work done by a member of the church.

Their CDs are currently available for sale.

Emanuel Choir, Making a Joyful Noise

 

On a clear sunny day, August 27, 2005, Emanuel Choir recorded their first CD album, Making a Joyful Noise.

The painless recording session took about two hours to record five songs. 

After the session, we played back their music and one member proclaimed, "We sound so good!  I didn't know we sounded so good!".

They have begun selling the CDs to fundraise for their church.

Crossroads Alliance Church

5th Sunday, The Early Service

On a beautiful Saturday morning, August 20, 2005, the Crossroads Alliance Church youth praise band, 5th Sunday, recorded their CD album, The Early Service.

The recording session took about three and a half hours to record eight songs.  They fundraised to help pay for an upcoming overseas mission trip.
